Modern Publications was established by Mr. Ashok Kumar Sharma in 1975 with a very modest beginning. With many difficulties, Mr. Ashok Kumar Sharma started with just two titles. Today his publishing house has business all over India. He enjoys good reputation among his fellow publishers, distributors and his staffs.

Modern Publication has now grown from strength to strength in the last 48 years. Modern Publications, a producer of quality school textbooks has around 300 titles catering to the needs of school children from kindergarten to Class X. All these books are written and edited by experienced, subject experts and learned teachers who have seen to it that the syllabi prescribed by NCERT, CBSE and ICSE are adhered to.
